Wella x Bower Internal Recycling Challenge
Where hair magic meets planet love. Turn empty products into real rewards and prizes, and do something great for the planet while you're at it.
Hey lovely hairdressers! Now’s your chance to join Wella’s internal recycling challenge - and it’s easier than you think. Together with the recycling app Bower, we’re making it simple (and fun!) to recycle your empty Wella packages and tubes, and win amazing prizes while doing it.

🎯 What’s this all about?
You use Wella products every day. Now it’s time to give them a second life by joining our sustainability mission. Our color tubes are made from 100% recycled aluminum, saving 700 tons of virgin aluminum. The Wella Care range uses 80% recycled plastic and is designed for recycling. Our goal is for 80% of packaging to be recyclable, reusable, or refillable by 2025, and 100% by 2030.
By scanning and recycling your empty Wella packaging and tubes in the Bower app, you’ll:

📲 How do I join?
1. Complete the signup form.
Fill in your name, email, salon name, and address.
2. Download the app.
Once you've finished the form, you will be redirected to a page where you can download the Bower app
4. Start recycling your Wella empties.
Use the app to scan your empty Wella products:
• 📦 Scan barcodes on cartons and plastic bottles
• 📸 Switch to the camera in the scanner view to take a photo of empty color tubes
Make sure the packaging is empty before scanning.
5. Recycle properly.
Separate parts like caps and lids, confirm your location, and recycle!
6. Track your progress.
