The pilot
We launched the pilot in March 2026 and iterated continuously. The right message at the right moment made a measurable difference right at the checkout: TIEL's store saw a clear lift in conversion and higher revenue per visitor, while giving the brand room to educate customers about correct sorting — and reward them for doing it.
